Crate emptier for all standard beverage containers

Opening and emptying in the box

This type of machine is used when you want to hygienically empty underfilled, mislabelled or otherwise rejected bottles and cans. The bottles to be processed are fed into the machine in crates via a conveyor. Here they are first opened and then emptied in the 2nd operation.

Special emptying valves pressurise the liquid out of the containers and discharge it via a collecting pipe.

Rely on future-orientated solutions for opening and emptying glass and PET bottles or cans.

Combination options for the VEK920 crate emptier

Depending on the type of container, the emptier is combined with a corresponding opening unit (unscrewing, uncorking). The VEK920 crate emptier system works in combination with the crate decapper.

A combination with decapping is of course also possible. We also offer a solution in the crate for emptying cans.

RINK GmbH & Co KG offers you solutions for emptying in the crate or on the bottle conveyor. Please contact us.
